Using the Categories Tab - Most customers find using the Categories tab at the top of the GlassOnFire.com home page the easiest way to find what they want. Just place your cursor over the Categories tab to view drop down list of the eight primary categories. Moving your mouse over a main category will allow you to view and select any of the subcategories. Moving your cursor over any listed subcategory will produce a drop down a list of more detailed sub categories (if any) for that sub category. Clicking on any subcategory will display the associated list of products.

Using the Search Option – It is also easy to search for items using a key word, phrase, or product number. Just enter the information of interest in the search field and click “Search.”   A list of products meeting your criteria will be displayed. Clicking the words “Advanced Search” will allow you to further define the category, sub category, manufacture, price range and weight range for what you are searching for.  

Using the Seven Categories Pictured Across the Home Page Below the Search Option – You can also browse the seven categories pictured on the GlassOnFire.com home page. Each offers a drop down option to select items by category or by manufacture. You can then click on one of the lists described to see all of the sub categories available. Clicking on the word more at the bottom of the list will show all of the available categories. Each category on the list can be clicked on until a list of items is reached.

Adding Items to your Cart – When you find an item you want to order, select the quantity from the drop down quantity box and click “buy now” to add it to your shopping cart. For a more convenient shopping experience, you can also order several items from the same page at one time.   To do so, click the check box located to the left of each item’s image, and select the quantity of each you would like.   When you have made your selections for one page click the “Buy Selected Products” button at the bottom of the page to add the items to your cart.

Viewing or Changing Your Cart – Clicking the “Buy Now” button or the “Buy Selected Items” button on any screen will take you to the shopping cart to confirm the quantity of each item ordered. While in the shopping cart you cart you can click “Update” to modify what you have ordered. You may also click on “Continue Shopping” button to return to the home page, or click on the “Categories” button at the top of the page to select another category that is of interest. When you are through shopping you can click on “View Cart” at the top of the page and from the shopping cart click on “Checkout” and follow the instructions provided.

Standard Shipping:

Shipped charges for orders shipped regular ground transportation within the contiguous United States are found in the following table.   Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any destination outside the United States require freight quotes.   Glass on Fire will email the freight quote for approval before processing the order.

Expedited Shipping is also available for most orders. The charge associated with this shipping method depends on the order weight, package dimensions, and destination. If expedited shipping is chosen during checkout, these additional shipping charges will be shown on the order invoice.

Truck Shipping:

Some large items such as larger kilns must be shipped via truck. Items falling into this category are listed in the product descriptions. Please contact GlassOnFire for a freight quote for these items.

Boxing Charges:

Sheet glass and uncut lengths of came or rebar require special boxing and handling. As a result, there are boxing charges associated with these products.   To ensure each order arrives safely, we are unable to mix small and large pieces of glass in one box. Boxing charges are as follows:

GlassOnFire wants each customer to be completely satisfied with each order. If you are not satisfied with your order contact us by email at service@glassonfire.com with in 14 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to arrange for exchange, replacement or a refund.

Q: Can I request an item not listed on GlassOnFire.com?

A: All shipments to a Georgia address will be charged sales tax.
